This first image is so similar of one of my favorite photographs in meaning and looks. My grandpa can also be seen by the lake, perfectly content in the Word under the same tree he has read under for 35 years. Now, he does it in shorts and black dress socks, which is quite the fashion statement, but it's so Poppy, and I love even that about the picture. And now that he has Alzheimer's, things are jumbled and faces don't have names, but the Word of God still brings the same truth and comfort to him as it ever has. Thanks for sharing your meaningful photographs!
